A friend sent me an e-mail '101 ways to deal with stress'
Just reading the e-mail was stressful. I had to remind myself and her that if u stay in the now u will have no stress..........

Sherri Shephard said on 'The View' this morning, when they pointed out how grey Obama has gotten over the period of campaigning, "He needs every little white he can get" how true, how funny!
Speaking of 'The View' if Rosie was still there she would have killed that Hasselbeck woman by now.
We KNOW we are to live in the now and we try but when we are bombarded with the negativity a lot of us cave in instead of just dismissing it as the stupidness it is.
I also read that some stores will be closing as the market they cater to has NO DISCRETIONARY INCOME at all........
Safeway is in trouble, Gap is closing 85 stores.....but look on the other side - Apple is opening new stores and still has lines of people waiting to buy an iphone...all is not lost.
We needed to readjust anyway. Our waste following in America`s footsteps has reached mind-boggling levels.
