EAT RIGHT

why does eating the wrong thing make u eat more of the wrong thing......its amazing.......but the reason is, once we eat wrong our body gets off track so we keep craving the wrong things, like sugar after a slice of chocolate cake,or salt after a bag of pretzels .
If u want to live a healthy life u have to eat a certain way.................once u make up your mind to do so,here comes the temptation.... stewpeas with pigstail,fried chicken,cheetos,pretzels,jerkpork and on and on...... do u know cheetos has MSG in it ? no wonder it tastes so good.
So all these years we have been feeding our children a steady diet of MSG....... we go to the chinese restaurant and say we want no MSG in our food then go home and have a bag of cheetos as we sit in front of the TV.........too funny.......since i have started reading labels,a lot has been revealed......its all there we just don`t read...........and now we have some knowledge of what we should and shouldn`t eat, we don`t want to know .
can u imagine eating fruit and veg. for the rest of your life?no jerk pork............no steak and mashed potatoes....... its not easy, but it has to be done........a friend of mine with diabetes says if she has to eat like that to live she might as well die, and diabetes is certainly controlled by food,so i`ll have one sick or dead friend as her mind is made up.
I now eat according to my blood type so things like peanuts which i used to eat a bowl of nightly, are now a no no, but i can eat almonds. They have to be soaked for 12 hours so they r" live" food and not raw food........so i eat them by the bag only to hear its too much protein so i must eat 7 almonds a day .who eats 7 almonds a day/??!!?
I understand we eat around 80% protein per day and we r to eat 4 % protein. I must have ate 100% protein before the big C.
I`m a protein girl....
Eating properly is the best thing we can do to lead a healthy life.Excercising is a close second It makes no sense our body leaves us before its time to leave this earth plane. BUT both of those things were not on my to do list so no wonder I`m where I am.........cancerpatient x2...... We need to stop using our teeth to dig our graves as sometimes we don`t go straight into the grave we r dead but right here above ground ...........thats called suffering and we don`t need that.......
we need to know that now we r living longer.....we have to live a better quality of life, so we need to put in our preventative measures,and diligently follow them......
Have u noticed that when people r on their last lap they start eating raw food and juicing and take a plane to mexico to get cleansed........guess what guys........too late !
if u r dying having a cleanse is the worse thing u can do to yourself as by then u r too weak and your immune system shot .....so clean up now while u r healthy,get all that nastiness out.......all that plastic, like margarine that is sitting in your intestines and can`t move..........Try to get it out...eat right and excercise....lifting the tv remote is not lifting weights and going to the fridge to take out ice cream is not excercise ,and the next time u r watching tv count how many ads r on about the lastest in medication........the drug companies r everywhere and they love u......everyone tells me it costs too much to eat healthy organic food ....think about it...........is it cheaper to have an MRI?

I have come to realise that food is the new sex ( like how 30 is the new 50 or pink is the new black etc.) There is a cooking segment on nearly every TV show/ news program - I guess it is instant gratification without the instant baggage although as you rightly point out eating badly is just as unhealthy as having unprotected sex

It makes no sense to put burglar bars on your homes, wear seat belts, look before you cross the street, if you are going to go home and kill yourselves behind the dinning table!!!.

Healthy living, is a matter of self-discipline, something a few people seem to born without. Did you know that you can eat so badly in ten minutes, you could beome an invalid for a week!!.

"High-life"........yes, you know those foods high on the supermarket shelf, that takes the body low, way down to it's lowest vibration. "Low-life"......yes, you know those foods low on the ground in the market, that takes the body "high", way up to it's highest vibration. When the "high-life" gets you sick, you eat "low-life" to get you well again but once better, it's back to the astronaut/alien food from the supermarket and the butchers bloody chopping block.......when will we learn, when??.

Get a pen and notepad, go to the hospital, interview the very sick people about the foods they eat/ate. After making such a list the very next thing to do is AVOID ever food on that list because you see where eating like that takes you......to hospital bed!!.
